Yes. Exhibitors can opt for raw space and design their own custom booths, provided they comply with the event’s technical and safety guidelines.
The standard shell scheme package includes an octa norm booth structure, fascia name board, carpet, basic furniture, lighting, and power points. Raw space packages include floor space only.
Exhibitors can access the hall from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM during show days, with extended hours allowed during setup and dismantling.
Multiple food courts, snack counters, and coffee kiosks will be available inside the venue. Catering services for booths can also be arranged in advance.
The Exhibitor Manual, which will be sent to you after confirmation of participation 2 months before the exhibition.
Yes. Temporary parking permits are required for vehicles entering the loading areas during setup and dismantling.
Yes. All personnel involved in setup and dismantling must have a Setup/Dismantle Pass, issued by the organizer upon request.
Services such as booth construction, lifting equipment, and extra utilities can be booked on request basis to be sent to shruti.singh@informa.com
